We know many of you have been building your financial teams with the help of our recent blog posts. You’ve gotten started, recruited key members. Well, now it’s time to put those players on the field and see what happens! You can do this by scheduling a Financial Team Management Meeting, so your financial team members can all be in the same room together.
For example, our recent management meeting was scheduled for 2 hours, and 4 out of 5 players were able to attend.
Here’s a sample agenda for the meeting:
- Financials for your company
- Recap of current assets to take into account any changes
- Client contracts so your team members could see how you’re doing
- Investment planning and goals
- Immediate needs and future planning
We covered a great deal of ground. With everyone in the room together, we were able to brainstorm ideas and get questions answered immediately. This enabled us develop solid plans. It one of the most productive meetings we’d ever experienced!
Everyone communicated, asked great questions, and had a chance to develop their relationships–not only with us, but with one another. The management meeting turned into a wonderful business builder for everyone in the room–and for some people out of the room, as our team members offered referrals to us and one another, based on the needs we identified.
As a result, everyone in the meeting agreed that it was a valuable use of time. In fact, all of our financial team members left the meetings saying, “I wish more of our clients would do this.”
Schedule your financial team management meeting today!
